Is my health data secure?

Yes. Your data is stored in an encrypted database with TLS connections. Passwords are hashed with bcrypt. All API requests verify authentication before processing. We never sell or share your health data with third parties.

Can I export my data?

Yes. Go to Settings and click "Export Health Data" to download a complete JSON file of all your health records including glucose, blood pressure, medications, exercise, and food logs.

How does the AI food tracking work?

You can log food three ways: type a description (like "grilled chicken salad"), record a voice description, or take a photo. Our AI analyzes the input and estimates calories, carbs, protein, fat, and fiber.

Is DiabetesTracker Pro a medical device?

No. DiabetesTracker Pro is a health tracking tool, not a medical device. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult your healthcare provider for medical decisions.

What subscription plans are available?

We offer a Free plan with basic tracking, Premium ($19.99/month) with AI food recognition and advanced analytics, and Pro ($39.99/month) with unlimited features and priority support.

How do I change or cancel my subscription?

Go to Settings to manage your subscription. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time. Your data remains accessible on the free tier after cancellation.
